MPAY Software Releases New Product For Millennium
Storeroom provides electronic payroll information storage for your clients

Waltham, MA – June 1, 2006 – MPAY Software, a nationwide leader in providing software and services to payroll providers, unveils a new product offering called Storeroom.

Storeroom is a new module of Millennium that allows payroll providers to:

1. Archive, access, and package documents for their clients. 
2. Manage payroll documents, personal earnings statements, and quarterly reports. 
3. Control the company and company documents that are stored, retrieved, packaged, and managed. 
4. Search, drill down, and preview documents.   

The unique feature of Storeroom is that it will allow payroll providers to package all of their clients’ documents onto a CD, DVD, or another multimedia option for viewing, sorting, and printing purposes.

Storeroom provides two important business opportunities for payroll providers.  The first is the ability to produce a new revenue stream for payroll providers; and secondly, storeroom provides an additional service to clients.

“This new feature addresses the need for electronic data storage and archiving of payroll information, and it does it in a consistent and secure manner.  Payroll providers can now offer their clients an opportunity to put all their necessary files on a secure CD/DVD, allowing them to free up office space by enabling them to get rid of the stacks of report paper currently filed away”, explained John Reardon, Manager of Software Engineering.

Payroll Providers’ clients can be prepared if tax audits should arise because Storeroom conveniently retrieves and stores important data for years to come. 

“As a result of numerous conversations with our clients, we saw a need for a convenient and secure way to archive quarterly and year-end payroll output.  Storeroom accomplishes this because it saves all the output in the standard Adobe® PDF format and delivers that content in a secure and easy to use way. MPAY Software will offer informational Webinars to demonstrate the benefits of Storeroom.  The Webinar will include a preview of Storeroom, an explanation of its functionality, cost and benefits to the service bureau and selling points for end users. Webinars will be held on June 19th and 20th at 2 p.m. EDT.    

In addition, MPAY will offer training Webinars on Storeroom.  Training dates will be posted at a later date on MPAY’s training calendar.
